<br /> WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of �
<br /> Trust dated June 26, 1992, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, as Document No. 92-105831 on July 2, 1992, wherein Thomas D. Williams
<br /> and Shirley K. Spotanski Williams, husband and wife,were identified as Trustors;
<br /> WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in
<br /> such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br /> published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br /> Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br /> WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br /> date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br /> dated June 26, 1992, filed for record with the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No.
<br /> 92-105831, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy-Five
<br /> Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($75,000.00) as credit against the indebtedness secured by such
<br /> Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust,
<br /> does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Home Federal Savings and
<br /> Loan Association of Grand Island,herein called the Grantee, the following-described real estate
<br /> in Hall County,Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Twenty Three (23), in Fonner View Subdivision in the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br /> ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br /> and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
