<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of. Trust dated
<br />December 18, 2013, executed by Michael A. Panowics a/k/a Mike Panowicz and Patricia Mn. Panowicz
<br />a/k/a Patricia Panowicz, Husband and Wife, as Trustor(s), in which The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth,
<br />Nebraska (now Cornerstone Bank, by change of name), is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />trustee, and recorded December 19, 2013, in Instrument No. 201309828 of Records, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request
<br />to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a
<br />portion of the property described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for a partial
<br />release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:

<br />This is a partial release given as to the above -described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust
<br />being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Aaron Purvis, Chief Credit Officer and has caused its corporate seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed on August 13, 2025.
