<br />Husker Hwy, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 ("Grantor"). The trustee is Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title
<br />Co. ("Trustee"). The beneficiary is Lutheran Church Extension Fund - Missouri Synod, a Missouri nonprofit
<br />corporation whose address is 10733 Sunset Office Drive, Suite 300, St. Louis, Missouri 63127-1020 ("Lender"),
<br />which is organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri. Grantor in consideration of loans
<br />extended by Lender and for other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, irrevocably
<br />grants, conveys and assigns to Trustee, in trust for the benefit of Lender as beneficiary, with power of sale, all of
<br />Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the following described property located in the County of Hall, State of
