GRANTOR accepted the bid of Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, <br />successor to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, in the sum of Sixty -Four Thousand Nine Hundred <br />Eight Dollars and Thirty -One Cents ($64,908.31) as the highest bid upon said real property. GRANTOR has <br />complied with the requirements of Neb. Rev.
