<br /> Should the Beneficiary hereunder be made a party to any action affecting
<br /> this Deed of Trust, or tlie Litle to said property, the 'Trustor agrees tliat a11
<br /> court costs and a reasonable attorney fee paid by the Beneficiary shall become
<br /> additional indebtedness due hereunder, and the Trustor hereby releases and
<br /> waives all claims to said property as a homestead exemption or other exemption
<br /> now or hereunder provided by law.
<br /> It is agreed that in case of default in paymen.t .oI said principal or
<br /> interest or a breach of any of the covenants herein, or upon any sale or
<br /> transfer of the property by the Trustor, then said priucipal sum secured ancl
<br /> interest thereon may, at t}ie option of tl�e Beneficiary, become due and nayable
<br /> at once. Anything in said Note to the contrary notwittistanding and possessioii
<br /> of said property will thereupon be delivered to the 13eneficiary, aud on
<br /> failure to deliver such possession, the Beneficiary shall be entitled �o <�
<br /> receiver for said property that may be appointed by any court of competent
<br /> jurisdiction.
<br /> All the covenants herein shall be binding upon the respective heirs,
<br /> personal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
