<br />January 24, 1996, and filed January 31, 1996, as Instrument Number 96- 100679, in Book na, Page na, of the Mortgage
<br />records of Hall County, Nebraska naming BJS Enterprises L.C. as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association, Vk/a FirsTier
<br />Bank, National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association, f /k /a FirsTier Bank, National Association
<br />as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust
<br />and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.

<br />Trust.
