DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated <br />December 11, 3003 executed by Shafer Properties LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company as <br />Trustor(s), in which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, <br />which is recorded in Instrument #0200316178 of Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has <br />received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received <br />payment in full of the Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust has been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in following <br />described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Ten (10), Block Ten (10) in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska.
