<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br /> Vincent Valdez and Mary L. Valdez, Husband and Wife, to Eric H. Lindquist,
<br /> attorney at law, as trustee for the benefit of West Star Financial
<br /> Corporation, the beneficiary named therein, dated February 28, 1995, and
