<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated MAY 29,
<br />1996, executed by STEVEN C. r•AMKEN AND MARY A. LAMKEN, as Trustor, for the
<br />benefit of PHH MORTGAGE SERVICES CORPORATION, which Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />MAY 29, 1996 as Instrument No. 96- 104170, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, PHH MORTGAGE SERVICES CORPORATION, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
