DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated JUNE 19,
<br />2000, executed by GAYLEN SPRAGUE, AN UNMARRIED MAN, as Trustor, for the benefit
<br />of U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, which Deed of Trust was recorded JUNE 20,
<br />2000 as Instrument No. 0200005023, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, U.S. BANK NA FKA FIRST BANK NA, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
