<br />2000, executed by GAYLEN SPRAGUE, AN UNMARRIED MAN, as Trustor, for the benefit
<br />of U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, which Deed of Trust was recorded JUNE 20,

<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, U.S. BANK NA FKA FIRST BANK NA, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
