<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated August 28, 2017 executed by SHAWN P KENNY AND JODY K
<br />KENNY, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. or Book
<br />201706007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB
<br />Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphana the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: SHAWN P KENNY AND JODY K KENNY, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT 2 AND THE WESTERLY ONE FOOT OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, ORIGINAL TOWN OF
<br />DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
