202504985 <br />of the Union Pacific Railroad, thence in a Northeasterly direction at an angle of sixty eight degrees thirty <br />five minutes (68'35') to the right along and upon the railroad right of way line a distance of four hundred <br />forty one point 6 (441.6) feet, thence in s Southerly direction at a angle of one hundred eleven degrees <br />twenty fine minutes (111'25') to the right a distance six hundred thirty nine point seven (639.7) feet, <br />thence westerly at an angle of ninety degrees thirty eight minutes (90'38') to the right a distance of four <br />hundred eleven point two (411.2) feet to the point of beginning. Said trace containing five point twenty fine <br />(5.25) acres more or less which includes one half of the road on the west side of said tract. <br />SUBJECT to the following: NO <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto said Grantee and its successors and assigns, forever. <br />Grantor hereby warrants that the Property is lawfully seized in fee simple; that Grantor has the legal right <br />to convey the Property; and that the Property is free from all encumbrances except as otherwise stated <br />above.
