<br />RICHARD L. LUNGRIN and CAROL A. LUNGRIN, Husband and Wife, Grantors, in
<br />consideration of one dollar ($1), assumption of any and all outstanding indebtedness, and other
<br />valuable consideration, do hereby convey and quitclaim to the Grantee, Stevelinne, L.L.C., all
<br />interest in the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201), situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Part of Lot Three (3), Block Sixty -six (66), Original Town, now City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the northwesterly corner of said lot three (3), running thence
<br />southerly on the westerly line of said lot eighty -eight feet (88'), thence easterly
<br />at right angles seventeen and one -half feet (17 1 /a'), running thence at right angles
<br />in a southerly direction forty -four feet (44') to the alley in said block, running
<br />thence easterly at right angles on the southerly line of said lot twenty -six and one
<br />half feet (26 V2'), thence at right angles northerly for a distance of one hundred
<br />thirty -two feet (132') to the northerly line of said lot, running thence westerly at
<br />right angles on the northerly line of said lot for a distance of forty -four feet (44')
<br />to the place of beginning.
