<br />STAROSTKA CONTRACTING, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, herein
<br />called the Grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove utilities,
<br />including but not limited to sanitary sewers, manholes, pipelines, surface markers, and other
<br />appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath a tract of land located in a Tract described as:
<br />A PERMANENT 20.00 FEET SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED IN PART OF LOT 10, BLOCK
<br />1, STERLING ESTATES SEVENTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEING THE
<br />NORTH 20.00 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 1, STERLING ESTATES SEVENTH SUBDIVISON
<br />DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 202400940 AND INSTRUMENT NQ. 201702107 AT THE HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE LOCATED IN GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA. SAID PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT CONTAINS A CALCULATED
<br />AREA OF 4192.89 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS.
<br />Together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and
<br />across such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches
