202504883 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />An undivided one-half interest in and to Part of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4 NE1/4) of Section 8, <br />Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska more particularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />Commencing at a point where the East line of Park Avenue in the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska intersects the South line of Waugh <br />Street in said City; running thence South along the East line of <br />Park Avenue a distance of One Hundred (100) feet; running thence <br />east a distance of One Hundred Thirty Eight (138) feet; running <br />thence north a distance of One Hundred (100) feet to a point on <br />the South line of Waugh Street; and running thence west along and <br />upon the South line of Waugh Street a distance of One Hundred <br />Thirty Eight (138) feet to the point of beginning. <br />
