McDermott <br />308 N. Locust Ste 501 <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />THIS DEED, made this -(3. day of August, 2025, between John B. McDermott, Trustee; <br />Michael D. Wenner and Cynthia H. Wenner, Husband and Wife, Beneficiary; and John M. Wenner, <br />a single person, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on January 23, <br />2015, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall and identified as Instrument <br />No. 201500505, conveys to Trustee, John B. McDermott, successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real <br />estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Nine (9) Centura Hills Subdivision, Mayfield Village, Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the <br />estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said <br />Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the <br />above -described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or <br />appertaining. <br />.
