<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 10/30/2024 and recorded on 10/31/2024, recorded as Instrument 2024-05460; executed by
<br />Craig M McIntyre and Tisha M McIntyre, Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central
<br />City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Craig M McIntyre and Tisha M McIntyre, Husband and Wife,
<br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />The Southerly Seventy Four and the Six Tenths (74.6) Feet of Lot Ten (10) in Block Twenty Nine (29)
<br />in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on August 20, 2025.
