STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss . <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Raymond Beckler, individually, and Raymond Beckler as Power of <br />Attorney for Neomi Beckler, husband and wife, being first duly <br />sworn, deposes and states as follows: <br />THAT on June 4, 1997, a deed was signed by Raymond Beckler <br />individually, and by Raymond Beckler as Power of Attorney for Neomi <br />Beckler.
