That (s)he is a Vice President <br />PCFS Financial Services, Inc. <br />Having its principal place of business at 309 Vine Street, MS 198 -U, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, an officer duly <br />authorized to make this affidavit. <br />2. That (s) he has personal knowledge of the facts set forth in this Affidavit. <br />3. That PCFS Financial Services, Inc. <br />( "Current Mortgagee ") is the owner and holder of a certain mortgage dated June 5, 2000 made by <br />Betty L. Peterson, A Single woman <br />as mortgagors to Equitable Mortgage Corporation. <br />( "Original Mortgagee ") as mortgagee, which mortgage was recorded on June 13, 2000 in the office of the Register or <br />Recorder /Clerk of Hall County, Hall County, Nebraska, in Document # 2000 - 04828. <br />That PCFS Financial Services, Inc.Owns and holds said mortgage as a result of sale and assignment thereof to <br />PCFS Financial Services, Inc. from Original Mortgagee. The mortgage premises are known as <br />4. 248 S. Plum Grand Island, NE 68801 That (s)he has examined the files and records of <br />PCFS Financial Services, Inc. relating to the Mortgage. <br />5. That said files and records do not contain either a recorded or an unrecorded instrument of an assignment from <br />Original Mortgagee to PCFS Financial Services, Inc. that the Assignment was lost, misplaced or destroyed before the same could be <br />placed record <br />6. That PCFS Financial Services, Inc. is unable to obtain an instrument confirming the sale and assignment of the Current <br />Mortgage from Original Mortgagee. <br />7. That PCFS Financial Services, Inc. duly and properly acquired the Mortgage, and has thereafter serviced the same and has in its <br />possession the note secured thereby and all of the other mortgage loan documentation pertaining to said Mortgage. <br />8.
