That the plat dated December 23, 1980 and approved by the City of <br /> Grand Island on January 19, 1981 for Meadowlark West 2°d Subdivision is hereby vacated, with <br /> the exception of Lot Three (3), provided and conditioned that the City of Grand Island hereby <br /> retains all dedicated public right-of-way for 13th Street and Webb Road. <br /> SECTION 2.
