9g. i.o4s�� <br /> ��, <br /> City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the following <br /> improvements: <br /> 1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to waive�he right to object to the creation of <br /> any paving or repaving district for Sweetwood Drive where it abuts the subdivision. The <br /> Subdividers also agree to pave or,petition the City to pave within one (1) year from the signing of <br /> this agreement, Faidley Avenue commencing at a point immediately west of North Road and <br /> extending westward to the west boundary of Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17) in accordance <br /> with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public Works, and subject to the <br /> City's inspection. The Subdividers agree to waive the right to object to the creation of any paving <br /> district for that aforementioned portion of Faidley Avenue. <br /> 2. Temporary Turnaround. The Subdividers agree to dedicate a temporary <br /> cul-de-sac having a diameter of one hundred(100.0)feet over that unconstructed portion of Faidley <br /> Avenue, including adjouung unplatted lands(by way of easement), located immediately west of Lots <br /> Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17). Construction of this cul-de-sac, with a five (5.0) inch layer of <br /> asphaltic surfacing over regular compaction, shall be to the satisfaction of the Director of Public <br /> Works. <br /> 3. Water. Public water is available to the subdivision and the Subdividers agree <br /> to extend, connect and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans <br /> and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br /> 4. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the <br /> Subdividers agree to e�ctend,connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots at the time of their <br /> - 4 - <br />
