MANOLIDIS, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as the <br /> "Licensees." <br /> 1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br /> forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensees may construct, maintain, repair, and <br /> utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned by the <br /> Licensor: <br /> Use of the public right-of-way along the north side of 107 S. Plum Street to <br /> connect a private water line from 611 E. First Street to the water main on the west <br /> side of Plum Street as shown on the attached drawing. The service line will have a <br /> stop box located within one (1) foot of the right-of-way line of Plum Street as <br /> shown on the attached drawing. <br /> 2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEES' REAL ESTATE. The Licensees own the <br /> following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's real estate to which this License <br /> Agreement shall apply: <br /> Lot Three (3), Block Ninety Six (96), Original Town, now the City of Grand <br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> 3. LICENSEES' DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the <br /> Licensees may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the above described improvement at the <br /> Licensees' sole risk.
