BRUHA, a single person, hereina ter ferred to as <br />"Mortgagor," and ANTHONY R. DOOLEY and ELAINE D. DOOLEY, husband and <br />wife, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee," whether one or more. <br />Mortgagee has advanced to Mortgagor the sum of ELEVEN <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($11,000.00), which Mortgagor has agreed <br />to repay according to the terms of a certain Promissory Note, herein- <br />after referred to as "Note," of even date made payable to the <br />Mortgagee, the unpaid principal balance of which Note matures on <br />demand.
