Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated October <br /> 10, 1995, wherein Michael M. Baca, as an Unmarried Person, was the Trustor, which was filed <br /> for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 10, 1995, <br /> as Document No. 95-106868, and contains as trust property, the following-described real estate: <br /> Lot Eight (8), in Block One Hundred Forty-One (141), in Union Pacific <br /> Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br /> County, Nebraska, <br /> together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property and all easements, <br /> appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, all replacements and <br /> additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it <br /> being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Property", <br /> hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor, Michael M. <br /> Baca, has failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured <br /> by that Deed of Trust. <br /> By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br /> sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated October 10, 1995, <br /> owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, pursuant to <br /> the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this obligation. <br /> �.�''. <br /> State of Nebraska �'end R.
