Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by JOHN C HELMS
<br />AND LAURA M HELMS HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit

<br />SEPTEMBER 24, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 99109415 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
