<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated October 01, 2014 and June 26, 2015 executed by DAVID E PROVOST
<br />and DIANE E PROVOST, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in
<br />interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as
<br />Instrument No. or Book 201406398 and 201504667 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid
<br />and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for
<br />cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: DAVID E PROVOST and DIANE E PROVOST, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT FOUR (4), ALL OF LOT FIVE (5), AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF
<br />LOT SIX (6), BLOCK ONE (1), RIEF ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Hastings, Nebraska on July
