That the existing Ingress/Egress Easement that was acquired from Mesner <br />Development Company with the platting of Trinity Heights Subdivision as approved by the <br />Grand Island City Council on July 12, 2022, located in a part of Lots Forty Eight and Forty Nine <br />(48 and 49), Trinity Hights Subdivision, and to provide for filing this ordinance in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, the ten (10.0) foot wide tract being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />
