202504381 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10,027 (Cont.) <br />1 <br />Road Easement to be Vacated: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot Two (2), Firethorne Estates Second <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence easterly along <br />the southerly line of said Lot Two (2) a distance of Sixty (60) feet; thence northerly along <br />the line between Lots One (1) and Two (2), Firethorne Estates Second Subdivision a <br />distance of Two Hundred and Forty (240) feet; thence westerly a distance of Sixty (60) <br />feet to a point on the west line of said Lot Two (2); thence southerly along the west line <br />of said Lot Two (2) a distance of Two Hundred and Forty (240) feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />Utility Easement to be Vacated: <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot Two (2), Firethorne Estates Second <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence southerly along <br />the westerly line of said Lot Two (2) a distance of Six Hundred Twenty Five and Six <br />Hundredths (625.06) feet; thence easterly a distance of Sixty (60) feet to the easterly side <br />of the Road Easement and the centerline of the Twenty (20) foot Utility Easement, said <br />point being the Point of Beginning; thence continuing easterly along said centerline a <br />distance of Sixty Three and Twelve Hundredths (63.12) feet; thence deflecting 32°28'21" <br />left a distance of Two Hundred One and Thirty Three Hundredths (201.33) to the Point of <br />Termination. <br />Such Road Easement and Utility Easement to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage <br />and publication within fifteen (15) days in one issue of the Grand Island Daily Independent as <br />provided by law. <br />
