<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Kevin M.
<br />Holgerson and Laurie A. Holgereson, husband and wife, Trustors to Commercial Federal Bank, a
<br />Federal Savings Bank, Trustee for the benefit of Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Q
<br />Grand Island, Beneficiary named therein, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on August 24, 1995 as Instrument No. 95- 105730, has been paid.
<br />WHEREAS, said Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, sold, conveyed and transferred all beneficial rights of the above - mentioned Deed of Trust
<br />To Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was filed for record in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 24,_1995, as Instrument No.
<br />95- 105731.
<br />WHEREAS, said Beneficiary, Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, has requested
<br />that the Full Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
