<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Hank C Sunderman, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as trustee under the trust deed dated March 3, 2015 executed by JOHN D SHULTZ AND
<br />LAURIE A SHULTZ. HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to
<br />Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No.
<br />or Book 201501481 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from
<br />MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and
<br />the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: JOHN D SHULTZ AND LAURIE A SHULTZ, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
