<br /> husband and wife,in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, °a
<br /> which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as
<br /> Document#94-102283 on the 21st day of March, 1994, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank,as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> T'he Easterly Forty-Two Feet(42.0')of Lot Three(3),and the Westerly Fourteen(14.0')Feet of Lot Four
<br /> (4), Franzen Subdivision, a Replat of Lot Twenty-One(21), Island Acres in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,without warranty, to the person or persons legally
