<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, STATE BANK OF TABLE ROCK of Table Rock, City of
<br />Table Rock, County of Pawnee, State of Nebraska, as trustee under the deed of trust dated
<br />June 2, 2025, executed by David Gee and Deanna Gee, Husband and Wife; as trustor, in which
<br />STATE BANK OF TABLE ROCK is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and
<br />recorded as Instrument #202503039 on the 6th Day of June, 2025, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from STATE BANK OF TABLE ROCK,
<br />TABLE ROCK, NEBRASKA the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, namely: David Gee and Deanna Gee on the estate now held by it under, to -wit:
<br />LOT 12, BISHOP HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Roca,
