<br />more, in consideration of reorganization of family entities, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain,
<br />sell, convey and confirm unto Gunbarrel Development, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability
<br />company, herein called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twenty-one
<br />(21), Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23) and Twenty-four (24) of Sunnyside
<br />Subdivision of Lots 50, 51, 52, 53 and 54 of Frank P. Bark's Subdivision No. 3, a
<br />part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (SANE'/) of Section Ten (10) in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and that part of vacated alley as shown in Ordinance No. 4824 filed
<br />February 16, 1970, in the Register of Deeds Office in Book 20, Page 204.
<br />Lots Thirty-seven (37), Thirty-eight (38), Thirty-nine (39), Forty (40), Forty-one
<br />(41), Forty-two (42) and Forty-three (43), Sunny Side Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that part of vacated Edward Street as
<br />shown in Ordinance No. 4804, filed December 19, 1969, in Book 19, Page 362,
<br />and that part of vacated alley as shown in Ordinance No. 4824 filed February 16,
<br />1970, in Book 20, Page 204; EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly
<br />described in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 161, Page 30.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above -described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
