On October 21, 2019, Micheal J. Morledge executed that certain Restatement of <br />the Morledge Family Trust dated December 10, 1998, as amended October 20, 2020 and August <br />17, 2022 (the "Morledge Family Trust") wherein he designated himself as initial Trustee and <br />First National Bank of Omaha as successor Co -Trustee and Five Points Bank, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska as further successor Trustee; <br />2. From the date of the creation of the Trust until his death on March 23, 2024, <br />Micheal J. Morledge served as Trustee of the Trust; <br />3. First National Bank of Omaha has executed a Declination of Appointment of <br />Successor Trustee dated April 5, 2024 <br />4. Upon the death of Micheal J. Morledge and pursuant to paragraph (c) of <br />ARTICLE FOURTH of the Trust, Five Points Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska executed an <br />Acceptance of Trusteeship effective as of April 10, 2024 wherein they accepted the Trusteeship <br />of said Trust and agreed to administer said Trust in accordance with the terms of said Trust <br />Agreement and the laws of the State of Nebraska; <br />5. Pursuant to Paragraph (a) of ARTICLE FIRST of the Morledge Family Trust, <br />upon the death of the Decedent the Morledge Family Trust shall be now known as the Micheal J. <br />Morledge Administration Trust. <br />6. The Trust is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Micheal J. Morledge <br />and is in full force and effect; <br />7. Five Points Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, is currently serving as Trustee of said <br />Trust and the Trust grants Affiant as Trustee all powers under the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code; <br />8. The Internal Revenue Service will issue a taxpayer identification number for the <br />Trust; and <br />1 <br />
