Rev. Stat. § 31-727.01, as amended: 1. This District, which was formed by Decree entered by the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 22, 2025, shall be known as Sanitary and Improvement District No. 6 of Hall County, Nebraska. 2. The outer boundaries of the District and the area embraced therein are described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. 3. This District was formed for the purposes of acquiring, installing, repairing, maintaining, renewing, operating and replacing electrical service lines and conduits, a sewer system, a water system, a system of sidewalks, public roads, streets and highways, to contract for fire protection and for the use of the residents of the District, to contract for gas and electricity, to contract for street lighting for the public streets and highways within the District and to acquire, improve, and operate public parks, playgrounds and recreational facilities and to install and maintain an emergency management system.
