That on or around April 8, 2013, I prepared a Sheriff's Deed that was recorded at <br />Instrument No. 201303107 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, for property that included the following legal description: <br />The West 25 feet of Lot 10 and all of Lot 12, Lot 14, Foster's Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in quitclaim deed <br />recorded in Book 154, Page 495, more particularly described in quitclaim deed recorded <br />in Book 154, Page 497; more particular described in deed recorded in Book 8, Page 319. <br />2. That said legal description contained a typographical error. <br />3. That said legal description should read as follows, with emphasis on the corrected part: <br />The West 25 feet of Lot 10 and all of Lot 12, Lot 14, Foster's Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in quitclaim deed <br />recorded in Book 154, Page 495.
