Box 28, 320 G Street, Central City, NE 68826 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the <br />Trust Deed dated 04/12/2018 and recorded on 04/26/018, recorded as Instrument 201802675; executed by <br />Reidy Enterprises, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is <br />named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, <br />reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the <br />note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said <br />bank by and through its authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Reidy Enterprises, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, the estate <br />now held by it thereunder, to -wit: <br />Lot Three (3), Northview Ninth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City, <br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on June 30, 2025. <br />PINNACLE B <br />By: <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF MERRICK ) <br />Market President <br />On this 30th day of June, 2025, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said County <br />personally came Nathan W.
