Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the <br />Trust Deed dated 09/30/2014 and recorded on 10/16/2014, recorded as Instrument 201406580; Modification <br />of Trust Deed dated 06/30/2015 and recorded on 07/09/2015, recorded as Instrument 201504619; Trust Deed <br />dated 11/23/2015 and recorded on 11/30/2015, recorded as Instrument 201508106; Trust Deed dated <br />08/09/2018 and recorded on 08/15/2018, recorded as Instrument 201805312; executed by North Point, L.L.C., <br />a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as <br />beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all <br />sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured <br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said <br />bank by and through its authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by North Point.
