<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 09/30/2014 and recorded on 10/16/2014, recorded as Instrument 201406580; Modification
<br />of Trust Deed dated 06/30/2015 and recorded on 07/09/2015, recorded as Instrument 201504619; Trust Deed
<br />dated 11/23/2015 and recorded on 11/30/2015, recorded as Instrument 201508106; Trust Deed dated
<br />08/09/2018 and recorded on 08/15/2018, recorded as Instrument 201805312; executed by North Point, L.L.C.,
<br />a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as
<br />beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all
<br />sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through its authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by North Point. L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Unit Two (2), Unit Three (3), Unit Four (4), Unit Five, (5) and Unit Six (6), North Point Condominiums,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on June 30, 2025.
