<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 01/06/2017 and recorded on 01/13/2017, recorded as Instrument 201700284; executed by
<br />North Point, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central
<br />City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through its authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by North Point, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Units 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, North Point Condominiums, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according
<br />to Master Deed and Declaration filed September 7, 2006 as Inst. No. 200608021; and as amended by
<br />Amended Declaration filed November 24, 2008 as Inst. No. 200809656 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall Country, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on June 30, 2025.
