<br />The indebtedness secured b the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />KENNETH M LUTH AND SAMANTHA LUTH, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />as Trustor, to Douglas W. Hand as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />American General Finance, Inc. Dated JUNE 19, 2002 and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska,
<br />as Insturment No.2002 -06612 has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
