<br />(Under Nebraska Trust Deeds Act)
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed Trust executed by Diane L. Tagge, an
<br />unmarried person, Trustor, to Douglas Hand, as Trustee, for the benefit of Beneficial Nebraska, Inc., d/b /a Beneficial
<br />Mortgage Co., a Nebraska Corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on April 8, 1998 as Document No. 98- 103254 of the Mortgage Records has been paid and the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />LOTS 4,5 AND 6, OF SHADY LANE SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
