That Elmer Cuevas and Miriam Cuevas are the Trustors under the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Farmers State Bank as Trustee under the <br />aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Farmers State Bank. <br />4.
