202503474 <br />DEMAND TO INSTITUTE JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS <br />To: Vincent Mendez, III, 140 N. Phillips, Lawrence, NE 68957 <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. §52-140 and §52-152, R. R.
