<br />Nebraska, wherein Tom Mortimer III, d/b /a/ Mortimer Construction, is the plaintiff, and Doug
<br />Keller, Debra Keller, Eustis Body Shop, Inc., and Five Points Bank, are the defendants.
<br />The plaintiff and the defendants entered into an agreement in August 2000 whereby
<br />plaintiff was to provide labor and materials in the renovation and construction of office space
<br />for Eustis Body Shop on the property located at:
<br />Lot 4, 5 and 6 of Reuting's First Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The object of this action is to obtain foreclosure of that contract, to have it declared a first
<br />lien on the interest of the defendants in that real estate and appurtances thereto, and to foreclose
<br />the defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever
<br />in and to that real estate and appurtances thereto, together with such other and further relief as
<br />the Court may deem just and equitable.
