TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 12240 Inwood Road, Suite
<br />400, Dallas, TX 75244, without any covenant or warranty, expressed
<br />or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />The Southerly Seventy -six (76) feet of Lot Ten (10), in
<br />Block Thirteen (13), in Gilbert's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated November 6, 1998, and recorded on November 9,
<br />1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 98- 110980 wherein Samuel R. Guardiola
<br />and Machelle R. Guardiola, husband and wife as joint tenants are
<br />named Trustors; and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named
<br />Beneficiary; and. First American Title Insurance Company is named
<br />Trustee, wherein Tru.stor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on
<br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of
<br />even date in the principal amount of $61,963.00 and interest
<br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage Corp. by an Assignment dated
<br />November 6, 1998 and recorded on November 9, 1998 as Instrument 98-
