202503/49 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10,020 (Cont.) <br />1 <br />Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of Lot One (1), Westervelt's Subdivision, in <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County: being eleven and four tenths (11.4) feet <br />southeasterly of the northeasterly corner of said Lot One (1): thence westerly, parallel <br />with and ten (10.0) feet South of the North line of said Lot One (1), a distance of fifty-six. <br />and nine tenths (56.9) feet: thence deflecting left 82°21'00", a distance of one hundred <br />fifty-eight and ninety-nine hundredths (158.99) feet; thence deflecting right 86°37'00", a <br />distance of forty-four (44.0) feet; thence deflecting left 66°06'00", a distance of forty- <br />nine and sixty-six hundredths (49.66) feet; thence left 27° 18' 15", a distance of fifty-one <br />and eighty-eight hundredths (51.88) feet to a point on the South line said Lot One (1) <br />being the point of termination. <br />Such Electric Easement to be vacated as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto dated <br />5/19/2025 and incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 4.
