<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank, A State Banking Corporation by and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized
<br />officer, MNB Bank, as trustee under the trust deed dated May 15, 2015 executed by MICHAEL W KLEIER
<br />AND COLLEEN A KLEIER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank, is named as
<br />beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. or Book 201503397 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid
<br />and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for
<br />cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
