Wheeler Avenue <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust <br />executed by FAST TRACK BUILDINGS & CONSTRUCTION, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited <br />Liability Company, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of <br />NIEDFELT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, the <br />Beneficiary named therein, dated August 2, 2019 and recorded on August 2, 2019 as Instrument <br />No. 201904584 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), Sterling Estates Seventh Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. (Commonly referred to as 2116 Pearl Place, Grand Island, Nebraska) <br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way <br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including <br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of <br />which, including replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real <br />estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Property." <br />Dated this' pday of June, 2025. <br />Brandon S.
