CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of NIEDFELT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 2, 2019 and recorded on August 2, 2019 as Instrument No. 201904584 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
