<br />Liability Company, for and in consideration of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY _ �>
<br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby convey to GARY EILENSTINE, Grantee, the
<br />following described real property:
<br />Lots One (1) , Two ( 2) , Three ( 3) , Four ( 4) , Five ( 5) , Six ( 6) ,
<br />Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10) , in Country
<br />Meadows Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.

<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, has caused these presents to be
