200400834 the Defendant with using the following- described real property to facilitate the commission of the conspiracy and charges said personal property is derived from proceeds obtained directly or indirectly as a result of the commission of the conspiracy: The west 148 Feet of the North 55 Feet of the South 110 Feet of Block 4, of Koehler Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being apart of the SE1 /4S W 1 /4 of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6'' P.M., and part of Lot 14 of the County Subdivision of the W1 /2SW1 /4 of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, locally known as 509 South Vine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. 3. By virtue of said plea of guilty, the Defendant forfeits his interest in the subject property, and the United States should be entitled to possession of said property, pursuant to 21 U.S.C., § 853. 4. The United States' Motion for Issuance of Preliminary Order of Forfeiture should be sustained. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows: A. The United States' Motion for Issuance of Preliminary Order of Forfeiture is hereby sustained. B.
